What happens when you enquire
The same for every service. There is a person at every step of it.
You tell us what you are trying to do
A short form. Your name and a line about the job is enough to start it, and the rest can wait until we talk.
A person reads it
Someone here, not a queue and not a bot. If this is not something we should take on, we say so and tell you what we would do instead.
We talk it through
A call to work out what you actually need and what it touches inside your business. We also work out what it would take to do properly.
You get a written quote
The scope, the price and the terms are in one document. Somebody other than the person who wrote it checks it before it reaches you. Every version is kept, so you can see what changed and when.
You decide
Accept it, ask for a change, or walk away. Nothing starts, and nothing is billed, until you have accepted a quote you have read.
