What Catena is
A delivery agency. You bring us something in your business that is broken or still done by hand, and we do the work.
Most of what we are asked for falls into one of eight lines of work, from marketing through to software nobody else will quote for. Some jobs are one of them. Plenty are two, which is usually why they have been sitting on somebody's list for a year. The person who could build it does not understand the marketing, and the person who understands the marketing cannot build it.
How we work with you
Four things you can hold us to, whichever service you came for.
It is written down before it starts
The scope, the price, the sales tax and the terms are in a quote you have read and accepted. We start nothing and bill nothing on the strength of a conversation.
A change is a change to the document
When the job moves, you get a new version of the quote and you approve it. You are never told about a change by finding it on an invoice.
You own what we build
The work is yours, and it is yours to take elsewhere. Nothing we build for you depends on us staying.
We tell you when the answer is no
If what you want is not something we would do well, or not something you need, we say so and tell you what we would do instead.
Where we work
Catena works with businesses in the United States, under New York law. Quotes and invoices are in US dollars.
